Request deletion from MakerBatch
Email [email protected] with the subject MakerBatch data deletion request.
Include:
- The email address used for MakerBatch.
- Whether you signed in with email/password, Google, or Facebook.
- A brief statement requesting deletion of your MakerBatch account and associated data.
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before completing it. Never send your password, authentication links, or provider tokens.
What the request covers
After verification, MakerBatch can delete or anonymize account-associated data where required and practical, including:
- Account profile information, login sessions, and login-provider connection records.
- Workspace data such as supplies, recipes, variants, orders, incoming supply orders, production records, and feedback tied to the account.
- Etsy and Shopify integration records, including stored marketplace connections and authorization tokens.
Some records may be retained if required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, backup, or audit purposes.
Remove MakerBatch from Facebook
Removing the Facebook connection stops future access through that connection. To remove MakerBatch:
- Go to Facebook Settings & privacy.
- Choose Settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites.
- Find MakerBatch.
- Choose Remove and confirm when Facebook asks.
Removing the Facebook app connection does not by itself delete data already stored by MakerBatch. Email the deletion request above if you also want your MakerBatch account and associated data deleted.
Remove Google access
If you signed in with Google, you can also remove MakerBatch from your Google account’s third-party app access settings. Removing access does not replace a MakerBatch deletion request.
